The President of CAROAN participated, at the invitation of the Government of Angola, in the National Conference on Human Capital held in Luanda. The event brought together government representatives, private sector leaders, academic institutions, and international organizations to discuss strategies for strengthening human capital in Angola.
Key topics included professional training, education, innovation, employability, and sustainable development. CAROAN’s participation reaffirmed its commitment to initiatives that enhance workforce skills and promote an enabling environment for economic growth.
CAROAN highlighted the critical role of continuous investment in people as a foundation for the development of strategic sectors and for attracting both national and foreign investment.
